   Ingredients:

  For the Muffins:

- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)

- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or heavy cream)

- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp baking powder

- Pinch of salt


 For the Cream Cheese Filling:

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly powdered sweetener)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners or lightly grease with butter.


2. Make the Muffin Batter:

   - In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

   - In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, erythritol, pumpkin puree, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

   - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.


3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:

   - In another small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
