Here’s a simple recipe for a Keto-Friendly Sugar-Free Frosty:

                             Ingredients:

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (sugar substitute)

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- A pinch of salt

- Ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)


                             Instructions:

1. Blend the Ingredients

 Combine the heavy cream, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.

   

2. Add Ice (Optional)

If you want a thicker frosty, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches a thick, frosty consistency.


3. Chill

 Pour the mixture into a cup and place it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to let it thicken further (optional, but recommended).


4. Serve
